We take pride in offering a truly personal experience — from the moment you place your order to the day your handcrafted item arrives at your door.
Shipping
Each Lillalane creation is made to order, ensuring exceptional quality and craftsmanship.
Bags: Crafted within 3–7 business days from the date of your order.
Shoes: Hand-finished within 5–12 business days from the date of your order.
Jackets: 3-5 business days for in-stock items.
Jackets: 3 weeks for customised orders.
All orders are shipped securely with full tracking. Delivery typically takes 5–7 days after dispatch, depending on destination.
For custom-made pieces, please allow 10–15 business days for creation and delivery — these are individually tailored just for you.
Please include your telephone number at checkout — this helps ensure smooth and timely delivery.
We’re unable to deliver to PO Boxes, APO, or FPO addresses.
Kindly note: Any customs duties or import taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to feel absolutely delighted with your purchase.
If for any reason you’d like to make a return, please ensure your item is in its original, unused, and unaltered condition.
- Returns must be made within 30 days of receipt.
- Items should be unwashed and unworn, with all original packaging.
- Store credit will be issued for the full value of the returned item.
- Sale items may be exchanged only; the buyer covers shipping costs.
